Serving the St. Louis Judo Community continuously for more than
30 years, the Kirkwood Judo Club is the premiere Judo training
facility in the St. Louis area. Our location in Brentwood is
only 15 minutes from Downtown making it easily accessible from just
about anywhere in the Bi State area.
It is the dog days of summer and if you know what that
means around St. Louis it is hot, hot, hot.
So drink a lot of water and keep the hard training going.

Judo is super for getting into fighting shape or just into shape. Now I know
some of you think round is a shape but that is not the shape I am talking about.

- Tuesday night 6:00pm youth and families
- Tuesday night 7:00pm Kata class
- Tuesday night 7:30pm adults

NEW Tae Kwon Do classes
KJC is prowed to anounce new Tae Kwon Do classes
Starting this fall. The classes most likely will be offered
on Wednesday and Friday nights. Please check back for more info.
Looking for help in getting more classes started.

Congratulations to Kirkwood's own Sensei Russ Little for his impressive showing at the 2009 world
masters championships. Sensei Little had a number of tremendous wins to capture the silver
meddle.
